Refund Policy

ShareInvest Co., Ltd. ("Company") operates PageMint and sets forth the following refund policy for all paid services. This policy supersedes the prior policy dated April 11, 2026.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid purchases made through PageMint, including monthly and recurring subscription plans, separately purchased credit top-up packs, and any other paid features or items offered on the platform. All refunds are processed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.
2. 14-Day Full Refund (Primary Right)
Every subscription purchase and every top-up purchase is fully refundable within 14 days from the date of purchase, regardless of usage. No qualifiers apply. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. Top-Up Credits Beyond 14 Days (Additional Goodwill Term)
As an additional goodwill term that extends — and does not restrict — the 14-day right above, unused top-up credit balances may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of the top-up purchase date. This means users who miss the 14-day window may still receive a partial refund for the unused portion of a top-up pack up to day 30.
The refund amount is proportional to the unused paid credit balance at the time of request. For example, if you purchase a 10-credit pack for USD 120 and use 4 credits, a refund request submitted within 30 days of purchase may result in a refund of approximately USD 72 for the 6 unused credits, before any applicable tax or payment processor adjustments.

4. Failed Generations, Mischarges, and Duplicate Deductions
The Company will restore credits or issue a refund without time limit when the loss is caused by a Company-side error, including:
- Deliverable not generated due to a model error, timeout, or internal system fault
- Duplicate credit deductions for the same generation request
- Payment completed but paid credits or paid features not applied to the account
- Service not delivered due to a technical fault on the Company's side
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Your account email address
- Order reference number or invoice number
- Reason for the refund request
6. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle's standard refund pipeline. Card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days; PayPal refunds within approximately 48 hours. Actual timing may vary by card issuer, bank, or payment method. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency.
7. Merchant of Record
Paid purchases on PageMint are processed through Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, and is responsible for payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and order-level refunds. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled through Paddle. Paddle buyer support is available at paddle.net.
8. Additional Rights under Korean Law
Users in the Republic of Korea retain all statutory rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률). These statutory rights — including applicable withdrawal periods, the 3-month/30-day windows for non-conforming goods or services, and the right to interest on delayed refunds — add to, and never limit, the 14-day full refund right described in Section 2 above. Where a statutory right provides greater protection than this policy, the statutory right prevails.
9. Changes to this Policy
The Company may update this policy in response to changes in applicable law, service structure, payment methods, or internal practices. Material changes will be communicated through in-service notices, email, or other reasonable means at least 7 days before taking effect. Any amendment less favorable to users will follow the notice procedures required by applicable law and the Terms of Service.
